Concretal is a mineral silicate paint system for use on concrete surfaces which offers water repellency, carbonation protection, vapour permeability and forms a chemical crystalline bond with the substrate. Concretal is made using pure inorganic mineral fillers, earth oxide colour pigments and potassium silicate binder. Fields of application include Insitu and precast concrete elements and structures, blockwork, lightweight concrete, asbestos cement and cementitious building boards, for filling/closing of hairline cracks and equalising of structures.
