McConnells FORTAPROOF 3521 is a two component water dilutable epoxy coating which is recommended for indoor application in garages, workshops, showrooms, corridors, and indoor car parks. It is used to stop water penetrating through brick, concrete, stone or cement rendered walls, floors etc. Two coats are suggested, but for a damp proof membrane (DPM) it is necessary to ensure application of the second coat at 2.5 to 3.25 m2 per kg. The moisture content of the concrete must be no greater than 12% when FORTAPROOF 3521 is applied.
